Music and Nature
The reality of nature presents itself to us on different levels of different complexity, of varying differentiation, and of different integrity: of different effectiveness.
Music expresses these levels of nature – subjective as well as objective, individual as well as social or ecological – on separate, different levels of the musical expression.
Corresponding to nature, music uses fields of varying density.
This means, music has levels of varying differentiation, varying integrity, varying complexity and varying effective-ness.
These levels of musical expression we call the “musical force- fields,” and they include the force-fields of the tones, of the motifs, of the melodies, of the sequences, and of the harmony.
